1. Advise clients on a wide range of Customer Service Management issues like Service Strategy & Governance, Process Excellence & Integration, Service Operations and Managed Services
2. Partner with Customer Service Consulting teams across Geographies like NA, Europe and APAC to help in shaping and selling key client deals.
 
Experience Required
should have 12 years focused in area of customerservice experience at a Management Consulting firm or Professional Services organization with significant exposure to one or more of the following areas:
Strategy Definition and Operating Model Design
Customer Segmentation, Treatment and Execution Methodologies
Customer Service and Performance Analytics
Customer Experience design and execution
